It is situated in an exceptional location, at a distance of less than 3 km from the Port of Fiskardo, 5 minutes by car from Firskardo Beach and only 1 ¾ km from Dafnoudi Beach, which is often called a paradise-like beach because it is surrounded by a vivid, lush green environment, including a cave with its own beach.

All bedrooms are equipped with 1 large double bed. In the living room there is a large double sofa-bed which comfortably sleeps 2 adults. The ground floor also has a 3rd bathroom with shower.
The villa additionally features, 2 SmartTVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The living room has large windows overlooking the villa's private swimming pool.
