They are two newly-built, identical, two-storey villas of 200 sq.m., that can accommodate 6-8 adults each. They are spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all modern amenities. Each villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with a shower, 1 with a bathtub), a 50sq.m. private swimming pool with hydro-massage, and a BBQ.

It is built on the outskirts of Lakithra village, within walking distance of restaurants and just a short drive from Argostoli Town and the area's golden, sandy beaches. The mansion is built on 3 levels, features 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 adults. On the mansion's grounds there is also an open-air chapel, should you wish to have the endless sea and an auspicious, golden sunset as your wedding ceremony's backdrop.

Designed to seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor living, the villa’s wide glass doors open to the spacious, well maintained external swimming pool. The main living space includes a dining area, as well as an open plan kitchen. The villa features two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 persons.
