Heliotropia Houses is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. It is found in an exceptional location on the island of Lefkada very close to the center of Vassiliki, 5 minutes on foot from the quaint port with its tavernas, cafés and shopping with lovely gift and souvenir shops. Vassiliki is world-renowned as one of the top windsurfing destinations in Europe.
Heliotropia Houses offers its guests 6 two-storey maisonettes accommodating up to 5 people and 3 bungalows accommodating 2 to 4 people. All units are spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all modern amenities.
The maisonettes are on two levels, of 60m2 total. They feature large balconies with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. On the upper level there is one bedroom and bathroom with shower, while on the ground level a sitting-dining room with two sofa-beds (one double and one single) that can be used either as a second bedroom or as a sitting room. On the ground floor there is a WC. The maisonette has two A/C units, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor and is fully equipped with all the necessities. A super market is located next to the complex.
The bungalows are ground level apartments of 40m2 with a separate bedroom and separate kitchen / living room with two single sofa-beds or a double sofa-bed. The bungalows have the same amenities as the maisonettes.
The complex features free Internet access, private parking and swimming pool. In the garden there is a BBQ and a spacious outdoor dining area, where big groups can enjoy their meals.
There is daily cleaning service; bed linens are changed twice a week. The maisonettes also have a washing machine.
The sea is very close to Heliotropia Houses and at a short distance there is a bakery – café where you can enjoy the local bread and sweets. Close to Heliotropia Houses there are schools for diving and windsurfing.
We can arrange your transfer to and from the airport with a taxi service.
During your holiday, you can visit our gift shop "Classicon" on the main road of Vassiliki where you will find olive oil from the country's best producers, local honey and many other local products and souvenirs from Lefkada.
• To finalize a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total value is required by bank transfer
• For cancellations up to 15 days prior to arrival, you will not be charged
• For cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival and in case of a "no-show", 50% of the reservation's total value is charged
