It is a mini complex of 4 loft suites. Each suite has two bedrooms (one loft-style in an open space with the living room and kitchen), that can accommodate up to 4 adults each.

It offers its guests 2 two-bedroom loft-suites (one bedroom is a loft in an open space with the living room and kitchen), each of which can accommodate up to 8 people.
